November 20, 2025 – Initial sitework began. As of December 2025, the construction site has been cleared of tree stumps (site was previously cleared of trees in early 2025), construction of a silt fence has been completed to prevent soil runoff from the construction site and to protect nearby wetlands, and construction of temporary chain link fence surrounding construction site has been completed for security purposes.
