On August 12, 2025, the WJWW Board of Trustees awarded the contract to build the Rye Lake Water Filtration Plant to Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc.
Construction is expected to begin in Fall of 2025, with the Filtration Plant expected to be completed and operational in 2029.
